Terms and Conditions

1. No more than 15 children in the Play Ground area at one time.
2. No more than 10 children in the Sports area at one time.
3. The Beary Fun Bus can service children between the ages of 2 and 7 years old.
4. A 50% (of total fee), non refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
5. In the unlikely event that we are unable to service your event, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative future event date.
6. Bathroom facilities are not available on the Beary Fun Bus.
7. For children’s safety the children will not be allowed off the Beary Fun Bus unless accompanied by the event organizer or someone who is made known to us at the time.
8. Shoes are not permitted inside the bus.
9. Socks are required to be worn at all times on the Beary Fun Bus.
10. All children must adhere to the Rules of Safe Play posted inside the Bus.
